Refund policy

Returns: 

• Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item. 

• If we smell perfume, smoke, see pet hair/ see any visible blemishes, or can tell the item has been worn, it will be returned to you at your cost and we will no longer accept returns from you. 

• Returns are eligible for store credit or original payment method.  We are unable to accommodate exchanges for any purchases at this time.

• Please note jewelry, accessories, items bought with a coupon code at and OVER 30% or earned cash back, and sale items are FINAL SALE. Other items listed as FINAL SALE are also not returnable.

• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility. 

• To initiate a return, please email your order # and item(s) you wish to return to shopmbculture@gmail.com, and we will get back with you within 1-2 business days. If you do not receive a response, please she your spam. 

• Please do not send back an item without first being sent the Return Authorization Form. 

• Returns may take up to two weeks to process. Please keep tracking for your own records.
